By booking or using services from Clear-A-Way Solutions (operated by RMM3 LLC, "Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, and junk removal services in Hampton Roads, Virginia and surrounding areas. Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to our assessment at the time of booking.
All estimates are provided based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope differs materially from what was described at booking. We will notify you before proceeding with work that exceeds the original estimate.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of emergency or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. We are not liable for delays or inability to complete work due to access issues.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to work specifically covered in the original scope and does not apply to new or additional requests.
We carry full liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our team, we will work with you to remedy the situation. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from access to improperly disclosed conditions, or consequential damages beyond the value of the service provided.
You represent that all items designated for removal are legally yours to dispose of or that you have authority to authorize their removal. We are not responsible for items removed at your direction.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, card, and electronic payments. Returned payments are subject to a processing fee.
By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Clear-A-Way Solutions regarding your bookings, quotes, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hampton Roads, Virginia.
